Red lips look ★

In order to match the CNY theme, I emboldened myself to have a first try on red lips. I always have a pallid look and only make up can restore the my ruddy face, thus this inspired me to have a first try on red lips look. The good thing is I received many positive feedback from my friends and feel like: "Aww, thank you everyone for your compliments and I'll keep up." Then I decided to share some of my tips here, hope that it helps.
Red lips make up isn't as hard as you think, just make sure you get all your make up tools ready and you are just on the verge to complete your red lips look.

You might need two vital tools to complete your red lips look: A lip liner and a red lipstick. Choose a lip liner that is near to your original lip colour and line it around the border of your lips before you fill the colour in. After that just apply your red lipstick directly or by using a lip brush to complete your red lips look!

These are a few basic make up tools I used to complete my red lips look, you can also visit my previous blog post regarding my Basic make up tools & kits.
These are the steps to apply red lipstick: (Please ignore my ugly face hehe...)
1) Line your lips border by using a lip liner
2) Fill in the whole lips by lip liner so that your red lipstick will sustain longer.
3) Apply red lipstick on your lower lips.
4) Apply red lipstick on your upper lips and you're done!

The main point to have a red lips make is that you must not have a heavy make up at your eyes, try a lightest eye make up as possible to complete your red lips look. Firstly, complete your usual whole face make up before you go for your lips, and if your lips is a lil dry then apply some lip balm or vaseline while you are doing your face make up.

The most important to emphasize here is that you must conceal your dark eye circle as much as possible cuz a red lip may make your dark eye circle more obvious. I believe that dark eye circle is so irritating to many girls and try your best to use a concealer to conceal it as much as you can. Last but not least if you don't have any blush, there's a brilliant way to solve it. You just need to apply some of your red lipstick on your apple cheeks, just a few light and shallow dots then smudge it away with your fingers and its done!

The complete look! ★

Of course you can pair your red lips with any red garments or red nails or red hair or even red bags and shoes. But it is better not to get all these red as there might be too much of red, just choose either one and your red look is accomplished!
